CURRENT PRODUCT SCOPE
Purpose-built for QR-code-based Chinese VAT fapiaos
The current version serves China entities and finance teams that process Chinese VAT fapiaos. It does not claim support for foreign tax fapiaos, receipts or country-specific reimbursement rules.
Important: “No previous record” only means that the fapiao was not previously registered in this application. Registration is not fapiao verification, reimbursement approval, accounting entry or tax certification.
WORKFLOW
One scan for registration, duplicate-risk checks and omission verification
The app is primarily intended for authorized finance personnel and designated administrators, without requiring ordinary employees to learn an additional workflow.
Scan
After approval, scan the QR code. Difficult fapiaos can be photographed, enlarged and recognized locally.
Compare
Check fapiao number, code, issue date, amount and validation fields within the enterprise tenant.
Register
Return “first registration” or “previously registered”, with the relevant time and operator.
DATA & SECURITY
Minimum data, tenant isolation and traceable operations
Only the data necessary for identity, duplicate matching, enterprise administration and security audit is processed.
Minimum matching fields
Fapiao type, code or number, issue date, amount and validation information. Buyer/seller names, tax IDs, line items and original fapiao images are not collected.
Enterprise isolation
Records are partitioned by Feishu enterprise tenant. A cross-tenant match signals risk without revealing another company or user.
On-device recognition
Camera frames and selected photos are used locally to decode the QR code and are not uploaded as original images or video.

Core duplicate-check functions are free during the public beta. Any future paid plan, entitlement or effective date will be announced separately, with no automatic charge without prior notice.
